DYT is funded by Devon County Council and aims to bring Devon school students in years 9 to13 the opportunity to work in an innovative, high quality company, with other like-minded students and professionals, to learn more about the art form and discipline of theatre.

DYT works collaboratively with a number of theatre practitioners, including acting, movement, scriptwriting and backstage professionals.
